Google Nest accepts returns up to 30 days from original order date. Any returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and original condition. If the product is not in the original packaging when returned a 50% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Unless our company is in error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, the original shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee.
Defective Equipment:
We apologize if you received an item that is not working but all warranty issues must be referred back to the original manufacturer for support. We will do our very best to make sure the issue is resolved through the OEM.
Defective Returns:
If for any reason the defective item is returned to Google Nest, the defective product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if seeking a refund rather than a replacement. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs if seeking a refund rather than a replacement. If the defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Non-Defective returns:
If the item needs to be returned and is not damaged or defective and still in the original sealed box please contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs. If the non-defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds:
Once product is returned, inspected and complies with the Google Nest Return Policy a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
