What should I expect when creating an account?
- Create an account using your personal email account.
- Google Nest will review your account. Please allow up to 30 minutes for review.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive an email verification to activate your account. Click on the "Activate Account" button to complete your registration.
- Log in to www.EPHSBGoogle.com using your personal email account and the password you created. Once logged in, you will have the ability to do the following:
- View pricing
- Place orders
- Check out fast
- Save multiple shipping addresses
- Access your order history
- Track your orders
- Save item to your Wish List
- Note: You can only purchase a maximum quantity of one (1) item (of each SKU) of the Google Nest products per order.
- Note: A valid coupon provided by NextJump, can only be used one (1) time in one (1) order before it expires.
What should I expect after I have placed my order?
- After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
- Once the order has been processed, you will receive an Order Processing email. Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days.

How do I setup my new Google Nest WiFi Router and Point?
- Download the Google Home app (Google Play or Apple Store); the app guides you through the setup process step by step.
- Plugin your Nest WiFi router; the WiFi router plugs into your internet provider's modem or gateway to create your WiFi network.
- Set up your Nest WiFi point; Plug the WiFi point anywhere in your house that needs additional coverage. The WiFi point works double duty as a smart speaker.

The Google Nest Wifi Router & Point are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty. Google warrants that a new Google Product (including any ancillary parts that may be packaged with it) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with Google’s published user documentation for one year from the date of original retail purchase in its original packaging by you.
